Ordering terms
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18, are authorised to purchase on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and will store, handle and use the materials lawfully in a suitable research environment. An order is not accepted until Axiom confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, payment, eligibility, safety or legal requirements cannot be satisfied.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Current stock and pricing are verified during checkout. Bank-transfer payment instructions are shown only after an order is submitted; use the exact order reference provided.
Delivery
Available UK delivery services and their prices are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address and for promptly reporting a parcel that is delayed, damaged or appears to have been tampered with.
Problems, cancellations and returns
Contact support@axiomresearchpeptides.uk as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Once an order has entered fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an item is incorrect, damaged or defective, contact support promptly with the order reference and clear photographs. Do not return research materials without receiving instructions. Any legal rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Privacy
We use the information submitted during checkout—such as name, contact details, delivery address, order contents and payment reference—to process orders, provide support, prevent misuse and maintain business records. The basket is stored locally in your browser. Order information is processed using Supabase, and transactional emails are provided using EmailJS.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable record-keeping obligations. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your personal information, email support. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
